So your having problems taking a survey...

Here are the problems we have identified so far:

(1) You must have an Emory & Henry e-mail address to take the survey. This is because the survey is in the ANGEL learning management system and that system uses your Emory & Henry e-mail username and password. If you do not know your Emory & Henry e-mail username and password, contact Beth White at the Help desk (ext 6881). If you can 't log in, you probably need to have your password reset.

(2) Several students got into a survey course and expected to see an item to click immediately. They did not know that they have to first click on the "In Touch" menu tab at the top of the page and then click on the "Course Evaluation" item that then appears in the lower left part of the page.

(3) If you are enrolled in a course that you do not see listed in your ANGEL account, please send e-mail about this to SurveyHelp@ehc.edu so that we can make that survey available to you.

(4) If you click on the link to ANGEL and it does not work, you can copy the address from here and paste it in to the browser's address field. The address to copy and paste is:

(5) ANGEL will not run on some Macintosh computers. If you are having trouble getting into ANGEL on a Mac, try logging in on a PC. We believe that ANGEL will run correctly on all computers running Windows XP. We also think it will run correctly on most newer Macs.
